PACKAGED BOILER HOUSE FOR EASY INSTALLATION

The latest Stokvis Heatpak packaged boiler rooms, which can generally be delivered to site within six to eight weeks of order, can be installed on a the roof or alongside a building, saving valuable internal working space.


As the boiler rooms are pre-packaged, on-site labour time is kept to a minimum and damage caused by other trades – along with the counter claims this can cause – is also eliminated because the boiler rooms are delivered to site as complete units.


The 'package' concept means that, even in adverse weather conditions on exposed sites, downtime is kept to the minimum. The units can be operational within hours of delivery as 'connectivity' to all services is minimised.


Should the site require it, the packages can be made entirely mobile for easy relocation when needed.

If conventional flues are impractical or unsightly, Stokvis can provide a fan dilution or where possible a balanced flue package to go with the Heatpak.


The standard Heatpak specification covers heating only. However, when there is a demand for hot water, a compact package plate heat exchanger can be included. In most cases, this will fit within standard enclosure, keeping capital cost to a minimum. The same applies to pressure sets or cold water booster sets – Econopress or Econoboost if required.

The combination of high efficiency Econoflame boilers and Econoplate plate heat exchanger gives the added benefit of a fully modulated, high efficiency heating and hot water system, in particular if the ‘marriage’ of condensing boilers and condensing ‘c’ series plate heat exchangers is used - dramatically reducing running costs and offering a very short pay-back period.


Stokvis boilers and plate heat exchanges are quiet in operation so they usually require no expensive acoustic insulation, which saves time and money.


The full range of Econoflame 30, 300, 2700, 2800, 2900, and 3400, 3500, and 3600 series boilers qualify for tax relief under the Government's ECA (Enhanced Capital Allowance) scheme listing.
